To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at Gargi Memorial Institute of Technology, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Mains or the WBJEE exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

Navale Sinhgad College of Engineering, Solapur, candidates must have completed their 10+2 education with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Technical Vocational subjects. Yes, IIMT University offers various scholarships to BTech students. These scholarships are offered in the form of tuition fee waivers of up to 100%. Candidates can avail of scholarships based on the merit obtained in Class 12 or CUET UG. Further, candidates belonging to the following categories can apply for scholarships at IIMTU:

AKTU provides lateral entry admissions to its BTech course through CUET UG. Through lateral entry, candidates are admitted directy to the second year of BTech. Candidates with a valid CUET UG score can apply for the counselling process if they fulfil the below-given eligibility criteria:
- A 3/4-year Diploma with at least 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) aggregate from an institution recognised by the UP Board of Technical Education (BTEUP) in any stream of Engineering (except Agriculture Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture), OR
- A BSc degree from a recognised university as defined by UGC, with at least 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates)
