Is it possible to get admission in KJ College of Engineering & Management Research B.E./B.Tech course without MHT CET? To carry out this policy, the following requirements should be met: The college accepts other entrance exams like JEE Main : At least 50 percentile. Besides, the college also provides direct admission to candidates having minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in their 12th standard examinations. Based on the admission control norms in existence at the KJ College of Engineering & Management Research for admission to the B.E./B.Tech course is carried out with respect to the candidate's performance on the MHT-CET or the JEE Main. Passing one of these examinations is compulsory for the admission of any candidate. For this purpose, the college also takes into account the 12th standard marks of the candidate with minimum 50% marks in PCM taken together. The final list of students is drawn according to merit which is calculated as follows the entrance exam carry 70% weightage and 12th standard 30%.

The last date to apply for BTech admission at Assam Don Bosco University varies yearly. As of now, the university has not specified any deadline to apply. The university starts accepting registrations around the second week of Aug of the year preceding the admission year. As the admission and the eligibility criteria are based on their Class 12 merit and performance in the entrance exam, aspirants are advised to submit an application soon after their results are declared to avoid missing a deadline.

SRM Ramapuram accepts JEE Main scores for admission to its BTech programme. Students who wish to apply via JEE Main must know that the JEE Main tentative dates for sessions 1 and 2 have been announced by the NTA. As per the announcement, session 1 exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in January and the second session in April.
