No, you can't join Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) - East Delhi Campus for a B.Tech programme without a valid JEE Main score, except for the Biotechnology program:
Biotechnology program
To get admission to the Biotechnology program, you need to appear for the IPU CET or CUET exam.
Other B.Tech programs
To get admission to other B.Tech programs, you need to clear the JEE Main exam and meet the required cut-off.
GGSIPU also considers past academic scores for admission to B.E. / B.Tech and B. Des courses

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University - East Delhi Campus accepts multiple entrance exams for admission to B.Tech programs, including:
JEE Main
A valid JEE Main score is required for admission to B.Tech programs, except for the Biotechnology program
IPU CET
The Common Entrance Test is used for admission to the B.Tech Biotechnology program
CUET
The university also accepts scores from the CUET for admission to various courses

BTech admissions at DBUU are primarily merit-based. Aspirants are not required to take any entrance exam for BTech admission. The university selects prospective students based on their merit in Class 12/equivalent exam. Aspirants must ensure applying before the application deadline. They must also ensure that they fulfil the preset eligibility criteria for BTech admission and have the required documents to prove their eligibility. For detailed admission criteria, aspirants can get in touch with the university's admission office.

The last date to apply for BTech admission at DBUU varies yearly. As of now, the university has not specified any last date to apply. The university starts accepting registrations around Nov-Dec of the year preceeding the admission year. As the admission and the eligibility criteria are based on their Class 12 merit, aspirants are advised to submit an application soon after their Class 12 results are declared to avoid missing a deadline.

Yes, DBUU provides lateral entry admission to some of its BTech specialisations. These specialisations include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, CSE, etc. Eligible students can get admitted directly to the second year of the BTech programme. To be eligible for BTech (Lateral Entry) admission, candidates must have passed the Diploma examination with at least 45% in any branch of Engineering and Technology. Alternatively, they must be eligible as per AICTE guidelines for lateral entry admissions.
