That is, yes, as a Diploma student from Bihar you can join government colleges in other states through lateral entry to B.Tech. Eligibility criteria for B.E./B.Tech at Radha Govind Group of Institutions is students must completed his 12th from recognised from physics chemistry and maths with 50 % marks and for the reserved quoata its 45% . The college accepted JEE Mains entrance exams and they have basics requirment if you will clear the cutoff then you can take the admission .
