Admission to the B.Tech course at Echelon Institute of Technology is given quite easily provided the eligibility is fulfilled. In essence, the applicant should have passed his 10+2 qualification with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with a minimum qualifying percentage, usually about 50%. The admissions will be made on the basis of national or state-level rankings of applicants in JEE Main or state entrance test respectively conducted by Haryana. While the competition is not keen as that faced in Tier 1 institutions, proper preparation for the entrance exams can increase manifold the chances of entrance

Yes, As long as you have done your 12th grade in Science stream, Arunachal University of Studies allows taking B.Tech degree without JEE exam. Admission for this degree in many private universities is based on the merit of 12th grade marks unlike for JEE which stands as sole criteria for entrance.
AUS and other similar institutions normally have their own entrance examinations or other admission criteria for engineering programmes. They may also accept additional forms of qualifications such as higher secondary examination grades or any other state-level engineering entrance examinations from applicants.
