The cut off rank in Round 6 for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering is 238 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in IIT Kanpur - Indian Institute of Technology.

The basic eligibility requirement to pursue a Computer Science Engineering course at the UG and PG levels at BTech CSE colleges in UP:
- Eligibility requirements for BTech in CSE: Aspirants should have passed the Class 12 exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects. Besides the candidates should also have secured minimum aggregate marks of 60% in the above subjects combined.
- For admissions, candidates must take standard entrance exams like JEE Main, CUET, and other university-specific entrance exams in addition to their Class 12 results.

There are about 300+ BTech CSE colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Of these, 294 colleges are privately owned, 38 colleges are owned by public/government organisations, and public-private entities own 3 colleges. It could be difficult to gain admission to the College of Technology and Engineering, Udaipur's B.Tech Mechanical Engineering (ME) program with a 30 percentile in JEE Mains and a 70% on your 12th board because admissions are tough and usually dependent on higher JEE Main grades. You might look for alternative, less competitive engineering colleges or state quota seats instead.
