NIT Goa BTech in Computer Science and Engineering syllabus includes topics categorised as foundation courses, programme specific electives, programme specific core, open electives, etc. The subjects included under the programme specific core category are:

NIT Goa BTech seat allocation process is carried out through JoSAA counselling. Candidates who meet the cutoff mark can visit the website of the counselling body. The seats are available category-wise and students from reserved categories can apply for reserved seats.

There are a total of 224 seats for BTech courses offered at NIT Goa. Students are admitted to the UG course based on seat availability and selection criteria. The seat allocation is done through JoSAA counselling. This mentioned seat count is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It is still subject to revision and hence, is indicative.

B.Tech at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University is a reputable, affordable, NAAC 'A' graded central university option in Uttarakhand featuring 80% placements with top recruiters like TCS & HCL. Program provides good infrastructure & hostel facilities for tuition fees ranging from INR 67000 to INR 88000. 

The Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has not released their full placement report for 2025 yet. Though the average package according to student reviews stood at INR 8 LPA.

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya conduct placement drive annually to its BTech students. There are no official stats availabe. According to the students' reviews on the Shiksha page, the highest and average package offered during the recent placements stood at INR 18 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively.

It features NBA accredited, AICTE approved programs with decent placement opportunities featuring companies like Wipro, Infosys & Amazon.
