No, generally, JEE Main is required for admission to the B.E./B.Tech courses at Government Engineering College, Valsad. While there might be a few seats allocated for students through other quotas, the majority of admissions are based on merit in JEE Main and GUJCET.

To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering - BVCOE, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. JIMS Greater Noida offers entrance-based admission to the BTech course. To get admission into the BTech course at this college, candidates are firstly required to complete Class 12 from the PCM stream + English with a minimum aggregate of 55%. Additionally, for the selection process, the college accepts the valid scores from CUET UG/ IPU CET. Thus, merit-based admission on the basis of candidates Class 12 scores is not allowed.
