With 94.68 percentile in MHT CET, you have a good chance of getting CSE in colleges like VIT Pune, PCCOE, MIT Alandi, Rajarshi Shahu COE, and AISSMS Pune. You might also get SIES or Fr. CRCE in Mumbai in later rounds. Top colleges like VJTI or COEP may be tough, but still worth trying in CAP rounds. Fill your options smartly.

If you're planning to migrate to another college for B.Tech, some good options that usually accept migration are Amity University, VIT Vellore, SRM University, Manipal University, UPES Dehradun, and Shiv Nadar University. A few government colleges like DTU or Jadavpur University may also allow it, but only if seats are available. You should have good marks and no backlogs, and your current college must give you a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
