GH Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur offers BTech across numerous specialisations. The tuition fee for B.Tech costs around INR 6.8 L. The median package of BTech Students at BITS Pilani has been reported to be around INR 16.1 LPA - INR 18.LPA in the year 2024. However, this data has been acquired from the overall placement reports at BITS Pilani. Candidates who are interested in getting admissions into the BTech course at BITS Pilani are required to appear for the BITSAT entrance examination. Candidates can appear for the BITSAT entrance exam by registering themselves on the official website of BITS Pilani. The institute conducts BITSAT each year once for several course admissions.

While applying for the UPESEAT exam candidates only need a minimum of 50% marks in class 10th and 12th and for PCM subjects of class 12th. However applying for the BTech mathematics and computing programme requires a minimum of 70% marks in class 10th and 12th and 70% marks individually in class 12th PCM subjects.

No. UPES also offers B.Tech admissin through JEE Mains, CUET UG and based on class 12th merit. 80% of the seats are filled through UPESEAT hence candiadtes are advsed to appear for the UPESEAT exam for their preferred institute and engineering branch.

DTU admission 2026 to several programmes is based on entrance exam scores and merit. DTU which is well known for its BTech programme provides admission for BTech based on JAC Delhi, JEE Main results, and others. The JAC Delhi manages the entire counselling process. All other courses at DTU need admission through university/national-level entrance exams, including UCEED, GATE, CAT, MAT, and others.

Candidates who do not wish to take admission through SITEEE 2026 can also apply to the particiapting institutes based on their JEE Mains scores or any other state engineering entrance exam.

Each person will have a different answer for this question. If you have a lot of passion for a particular BTech branch and have a set future plan in mind, you should surely go for branch over college.
