Yes, Ganga Institute of Technology and Management does offer lateral entry into the second year for its BTech programme. The duration of the course is three years. To be eligible for admission, students must fulfil any one of the following criteria:
- Passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum aggreate of 45% (42.75% for students belonging to the reserved category of Haryana only) in any branch of Engineering & Technology. Or
- BSc from a recognised university with a minimum aggreate of 45% (42.75% for students belonging to the reserved category of Haryana only) and Mathematics as a compulsory subject Or
- BVoc/ DVoc in the same or allie

The candidates who wish to join B.E./B.Tech in KIRC have to appear in JEE Main or GUJCET and attend/ participate in Gujarat ACPC counseling (or JoSAA for JEE Main), fill-in choices and attend the seat allotment, and report to the institute after document verification and payment of the fee.

To get admission in B.E. / B.Tech at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Tirupati, first you need to complete your class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, in which scoring at least 45% marks or above is necessary.
Then, you have to appear for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (now called EAPCET) entrance exam which is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh government.
