Yes, you can take direct admission to the B.E. / B.Tech course at Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET) without participating in TNEA counseling. There's the management quota as well as a valid score from other entrance exams, including JEE Main. While TNEA is the main entry process for students under the government quota, management quota seats are another way in.
