As you have finished your 12th with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), though, you may not be eligible for direct admission into a B.Tech CSE programme for many institutions.
University-specific criteria, however, may allow enrollment into the B.Tech CSE programme for other ways for students who completed their plus two with a PCB background. You may probably be suited to apply for:

The admission process in Canara Engineering College requires the applicants to give Karnataka CET or COMEDK based on the eligibility criteria. After passing out of the entrance exam, they can log on to the CEC website or their examination websites and proceed with the application. All the essential documents for instance class 12 marks, entrance scores, and ID proof will be asked to be filled within the application form. Candidates then undergo counseling based on their rank in the exam to get a seat. There is also direct admission under the management quota, where candidates can apply directly to the college.

Diploma holders can apply for B.Tech in CSE at NIT Patna by appearing for JEE Main, as NITs do not offer lateral entry. Admission is only possible for the first year of B.Tech through JEE Main, regardless of a diploma qualification. Eligibility depends on the JEE Main score and meeting the required cutoff for NIT Patna's CSE program. Ensure to check category-specific cutoffs and requirements.
