I think you should go for the SRM  for B.Tech biomedical or biotechnology or CSBS as it is well reputated college and it has the best lab facilities.

PMIST Thanjavur cutoff 2024 is 45% marks in 10 + 2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical as a vocational subject. 45% of the seats will be allotted based on the normalised PMIST Thanjavur cut off based on the marks obtained in 10 + 2. For admission to the BTech course at Sapthagiri NPS University, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. The selection criteria for this course is entrance-based i.e., KCET/COMEDK/JEE or any state government entrance exam and candidates must pass Class 12. The duration of the course is four years.

To get into Sapthagiri NPS University for BTech course, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the institute. Students must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserve category).  Sapthagiri NPS University offers full-time BTech courses of four years' duration. Students can get into this course based on entrance-exam.
