IIT Tirupati offers BTech for the duration of 4 years in various specialisations such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and many more. The Institute offers BTech with an annual intake of 53 in each specialisation with a qualification aggregate of 75% in Class 12.
