To be eligible for B.E. / B.Tech, you'll need to meet the following criteria :
- Academic Qualification: Pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Mandatory Subjects: Physics and Mathematics along with one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology.
- Minimum Marks: Secure at least 50% marks in PCM (45% for SC/ST candidates).
- Entrance Exams: Appear for JEE Main and UPTAC examinations with a valid score.
Additionally, admission is based on JEE Main scores followed by UPTAC counseling. The selection process involves a valid score/rank obtained in the AKTU SEE/JEE Main examination .

| After 10th Diploma | Candidate must have passed class 10th examination with a minimum of 35% marks from a recognised board/Institute. The minimum age is 14 years as on 1st July 2022, i.e. born on or before 01-07-2009. |
| M.E./M.Tech | Interested Candidate should have a graduation degree from a UGC approved university in related field. |
| B.Voc | Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. |
