Yes, you qualify. As you've completed your 12th in history and general BBA, you satisfy the minimum requirements of having a Bachelor's degree. Assuming you had about 50 percent marks, most MBA programs in data science or business analytics do accept students from any stream. You will have to sit for an entrance exam, such as CAT, CMAT, or MAT. For many Colleges, you do not have to be math or computer proficient, but to enter a program they may prefer it. As long as you can run numbers and are open to learn the technical tools and skills, you're all set. You would also already have gained a basic background on business from your BBA.
