MBA or MS in Business Analytics, are equally valuable degrees. It depends on the student's goal whether they want a leadership responsibility or want to be an analyst. An MBA in Business analysis focuses more on business roles, startups, and executive paths whereas, an MS in Business Analytics is more technical, and deals with data analysis, programming, statistics, and mechanical learning. MS in Business Analytics is best for those who love working with data and want to become an analyst, data scientist, and consultant.
