There is no difference in the placement process. However, companies ask students to apply who have either one of their specialization that matches the profile that they offer. For example, if there is a marketing profile, most companies will allow students to sit if one of the specializations of the student is marketing. For the batch 2018-20, specialization 1 will be in International Business for PGDM-IB, so you will have the liberty to choose the other among marketing, finance, IT, strategy etc. The last decision is up to you. According to me, doing integrated course for B.Tech and MBA is better options than doing a short term business course after B.Tech and it completely depends on your interest which course to apply.

Hi Kajal,
The first eligibility criteria is Students should have above 60% marks in class 12th and 10th board, your score in entrance, score in interview. These are important criteria. Also you should not have any pending backlogs in your previous degrees.

There are no placement guarantee from colleges in any part of the country. It depends on the capability of the student. If she/he is capable then he can go through the selection process. But while placements quality of college matters.
