Yes, there is negative marking of -1 in the Quantitative Aptitude section of CAT, but only for MCQ type questions. There is no negative marking for non-MCQ type questions. The CAT Quantitative Aptitude section is the only section that has non-MCQs. So, candidates can take a chance with non-MCQs in this section and attempt it even if they are not 100% sure. However, they must not do guess work in non-MCQs at any cost because if their chosen option is incorrect they will lose marks.

For getting 99 percentile in Quantitative Aptitude section of CAT, one needs 32 to 34 marks. So, out of 22 questions, 10 to 12 correct attempts will be good. There is negative marking so candidates must choose questions carefully. They must aim for 85% accuracy.

Praxis Business School provides a two-year PGDM in various specialisations. During the two-year duration, students have to pay the Praxis Business School PGDM fee of INR 11.3 lakh. However, the total fee for the PGDM programme includes various fee elements, such as tuition fee, security charge, admission fee, etc. It should be noted that the mentioned fee is taken from the official website of the institute/sanctioning authority. It is still subject to change and, hence, is indicative.
