B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2016

I am fully dissatisfied with this college.
Placements: When was in my B.Tech final year, only 3-4 companies visited our college. About 10% of people were selected during placements. I am not sure about the recruiting companies. The salary package offered was 2 LPA. Many industries hired talented students in this course.
Infrastructure: Our college had very less infrastructure. Our course was very demandable but there were no proper labs and a library. Facilities were not good. The quality of food served was not good. There were no sports and no medical facilities available on campus.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were not knowledgeable. They did not provide quality education. Exams were very hard but we passed. They don't see the content on paper but see the number of papers filled by a student.
Other: I liked to work in the electrical department so I chose this course but because of this college, I didn't achieve my goal.

It is not worth it because of the placements and faculty.
Placements: Some of our classmates got placed in Infosys, Accenture, TCS, etc. We didn't get any core jobs through campus placements. We did an internship at NFC (National Fuel Complex) for a period of 28 days and also got a certificate, which weights our resume more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good throughout the campus. The exteriors are awesome, but the classrooms are somewhat bad inside the college. The library is so good for PGDM course people, but we have a small library. The hostel is good, and the food is also good. There is no canteen available in the college, and we rarely go to sports.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are not qualified. They just had a single degree. The curriculum was good. Semester exams were somewhat difficult without attending the classes at the college. We need some extra knowledge outside of academics in this course.
Other: I chose electronics and communication engineering because we get jobs in core as well as software through this course. We can improve the course curriculum by encouraging different ideas from the students. The management will conduct a fest every year.

Overall, it is a good college.
Placements: I scored 65% in academics, and because of the lockdown, there are no opportunities. Our college provides an internship. It is a great institute. It does not provide placements, so I am disappointed because of that one reason.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, and a library are clean and good. The hostel faculty is good. The food served in the hostel is good. The canteen is clean, and it serves good food. Sports are conducted every Saturday. It provides good quality hotels and beds. It provides medical facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members teaching is friendly. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The pass percentage is 65%. They conduct good industry classes every Friday afternoon. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult in college.
Other: I have chosen this course because it has both software and hardware opportunities.

I'm satisfied with the college, but the placements are not good.
Placements: The college is one of the colleges which are certified by NAC. Some companies visit the college for placements. Almost 5 to 20% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is Rs. 1,00,000 per month and the lowest salary package offered is Rs. 15,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The college has two Wi-Fi networks, and the high-speed internet connection is provided. The college has all the labs for all branches. The classrooms are spacious and cleanly maintained. The college also has a huge library with many books. The college also provides the medical facilities. Sports kits are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members were responsible, and they take care of students. They are helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching and the knowledge they possess is good. They prepare well, and they offer good knowledge to students. The college follows the course curriculum designed by JNTUH.
Other: The college organises many events and fests.

The good and friendly college.
Placements: The placements in our college are good our senior batch. A few students got placements. The salary offered by some companies is above Rs. 10000 to Rs. 30000 per month. Google, Wipro and some of the few companies have come to our college. A few students got the internship, and there were given Rs. 6000- Rs. 8000 as the stipend.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is super. The environment is good, and Wi-Fi is available in our college. The labs and campus are clean and fresh. The canteen in our college is good. All items are available. There are no other issues in our college about infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty in our college are like family members. They will be very friendly. The knowledge of our sirs is very good support for us in our studies and other activities also there. The curriculum is very useful to us.
Other: The events in our college are not up to the mark. The fests are good. The scholarship is also available, and we also do the other social welfare.

The equipment available for teaching is good.
Placements: The placements are good. The college brings a lot of companies to my college and makes tie-ups with them. They arrange the courses for us. They intimate us when they conduct a job mela and many other things. We have a placement cell in my college and placement officer will inform us whenever the company arrives to our college.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is too good with a lot of greenery. We have a lot of books in the library to improve our knowledge and comics. Every Tuesday, we have a sports hour, we will enjoy a lot. Food quality is very good in the hostel. Every Tuesday and Friday, we have a special dish (biryani) in the canteen.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. They use boards and as well as PDF to teach. I'm a CSE student here, we have a lot of systems, more than 180 only for CSE students. We can do whatever we want. Last time, we went to industrial tour, we gained a lot of knowledge there.
Other: Fresher's party, workshops, and events are conducted in the college.
