Jayawant Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) is predominantly a Tier 2 institute. NAAC-accredited, it conducts courses such as MBA, MCA, and BCA, which are approved by AICTE. Although it imparts good quality education with good placement offers and low fees, it is not included in top national rankings such as NIRF or international rankings for Tier 1 colleges. Its placement opportunities and industry relations are on par with peers but do not compete at the level of Tier 1 schools such as IIMs or IITs. This puts JIMS firmly in place as a strong option within Tier 2.
