IBS Mumbai PGPM admissions are entrance-based. Thus, students applying for admission must have appeared in any one of the accepted entrance exams: GMAT/NMAT/CAT/IBSAT/XAT. However, the selection to the programme is not made only on the basis of entrance test scores.

SMU-DE BBA enquiry form is available on the official website. Aspirants who meet eligibility requirements can apply. On submission of the enquiry form, a counsellor from the university contacts the students and guide them. The last date to apply is Feb 8 for some of the SMU courses. The IMS Mumbai MBA/PGPM application form requires students to upload scanned copies of various personal and academic documents. The list of scanned documents to be submitted at the time of application for BSc is given below:
- Class 10 and Class 12 Marksheets and passing certificates from the board
- UG marksheets
- UG degree
- Transfer certificate
- Category certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates)
