Yes, students from any region in the world can apply for the KMAT exam. Being a citizen of India to appear for the KMAT Karnataka exam is not mandatory. Candidates can apply for KMAT irrespective of their locality status/residential address. Earlier, KMAT eligibility as prescribed by KPPGCA, stated that only candidates residing in Karnataka can apply for the exam. KPPGCA has removed the domicile criteria now.
