I got 60% in 12th board and 45 Mark's in neet my pcb total is 40.66% in board can l get admission in gov.college for BSC nursing

Well, with the above-mentioned marks, you cannot get a government college because in any government college there has a criteria of 60% at least in your board exam.
You can go for a private college.
