You need to apply at ICAI centre in your city, and then appear for CPT based on the result, you shall become eligible for further stages.

After clearing your 12th, you can apply for CA Foundation it means you are doing CA so after clearing your CA Foundation you are going to give IPCC group after clearing your one group of IPCC you are going to join for articleship for 3 years that means you are doing a job under CA then there is no need do in external job as you are doing CA so articleship is compulsory for every CA students and after clearing your Articleship you can practice your practice with CA till clearing your CA final exam.

If you are a graduate, you can directly do IPCC, otherwise, you need to go from CPT.

No, definitely no. There is no age boundary in ICWAI examination. Also, CA, CS infact a man completed CA as it's the last wish to become a chartered accountant.
