Hello,
If you have deep interest in engineering, you should head toward designing courses like Catia, AutoCAD (2d,3d) 3D Max etc. It will definitely be fruitful to your career, but if you have more interest toward Masters in management then MBA would be a good chose. Both have good career growth. All the best.

After completion of CAD, the company's gives you work that includes drafting of objects and redrafting of older components details. And main work is to make improvements in design of an objects. Like CATIA V5 is best for aviation industry to design new things and redesigning.

Both. If you have completed a formal degree in CAD, then you can pursue a higher study. If you have pursued a certificate course in CAD then it would be better to get a job.

Yes, you can! If you want to pursue Mechanical engineering then it will be very beneficial course. Also, I suggest you to start the preparation for JEE Main and JEE Advance from now only. It will be easier for you later after completing the boards exam since there is very short time between the JEE Main and boards exam

B.Tech is a full-time course. But no one restricts you to do any distance course while doing B.Tech. The only issue lies in exams if under certain circumstance held on the same day. In such cases, bell strikes for doom else no issue. Many students do the dual course from the same institute. In such cases, they get relief that exam times on the same day don't ever coincide.
