Yes, it is usually possible to get into California baptist university's MBA programme without any work experience. Prior work experience on the one hand can prove to be an advantage for you, but on the other hand, the university opens it doors for the applicants who doesn't have any prior work experience.
However, you need to have good GPA in your undergraduate studies. Extra curricular activities and leadership skills can be of an advantage to you if you doesn't have prior work experience.
