Even if you are an indian student transfering to pursue higher studies in canada, you dont need to categorise as a tranfer or an international student while applying through OUAC as all applicant follow the same set of rules for it

Meanwhile, the evaluation process totally depends on the applicants previous academic curriculum. If such a student is applying to Western University Canada, they can submit their application through OUAC platform. Students are required to pay Western University application fee of CAD 150 = INR 9.19K

The University of British Columbia GPA requirements will depend on the programme type.
