No, the Carnegie Mellon University does not offer any scholarships for their international students. Before getting enrolled in the university, all the overseas applicants are required to submit their proof of sufficient funds for the entire course of study. It is interesting to note that a range of scholarships for international students are offered by external agencies and philanthropists.
