Yes, but your final selection depends on how much weightage given to your undergrad component. If it is quite high, it would be difficult to get into IIM.

You can appear for CAT but for admission in an MBA college you need more than 50 percent marks in graduation.

Yeah you can apply for next year . There is no limit in participating in CAT exam . You can give any number of attempts for CAT. Its good if you have work experience before doing a MBA.

Eligibility criteria for
CAT- Minimum 50% in graduation for reserved category its 45%
CMAT-Minimum 50% in graduation for reserved category its 45%
GMAT- Graduation required but admission eligibility depends upto college for appearing in exam there isn't any % requirement.

Yes, you most certainly are eligible to appear for CAT. However to merit an interview call from IIM's, you will have to do really well in your CAT. IIMs usually give a lot of weightage to past academic performance and you would not be in the top half. Hence to compensate for the same, you will need to be among top 0.5% in CAT. I would suggest you prepare well for CAT.
