Every year there is different cut-off. Since, your is an OBC category, you can apply. Last year, they have accepted such score.

50 percentile is the minimum cutoff for for all national level management exams. You better try once more.

Sorry, you are not eligible. You should have at least above 50 percentile. So, you better retake the exam.

I am afraid you are not eligible. You need a minimum of 70% to be eligible.
