After completing B.Tech, you may opt for M.Tech or MBA depending on your interest.
As far as getting a job is concerned, always remember, it is the responsibility of the candidate. You may explore certain things about yourself such as :

Dear karthik, Thanks for your interest in ISB&M. The eligible marks for CAT is 65 and more and for MAT is 75 and more.
Apply to ISB&M 2 yr PGDM- AICTE program with Bachelor Degree in any discipline or final year students can also apply. Scores of CAT / XAT / ATMA / JMET/ CMAT will be considered for selection.
