Yes, the NMAT is easier than the CAT exam. This is due to the following reasons:

The following is the selection process at Birsa Agricultural University Ranchi:-

1. First of all an application form along with all necessary details like entrance exam score, 12 th score etc. needs to be filled by the students. The application fees also needs to be deposited along with the application form. 
2. After submission of application form, final cutoff will be released and student will be called to the campus for further steps like fee deposition, document verification etc. 
3. After all the steps, final admission steps will take place like Coucelling etc. and students will be given the final admission. 

The minimum CAT score which will be required to take admission will depend upon the number of seats which will be available for admission and cutoff will be released accordingly.
