The Simple answer to this Question is Yes, IHM Jaipur is slightly on a expensive side if compared to IHM Pusa, Delhi
The total fees for 3 years at IHM Jaipur is approxiamtely 4 lakh and same at IHM Delhi is nearly 3.2 lakh.
