Hi Shlok, First, concentrate and work hard on your academics. To get into any university in US for Bachelor degree, you must take the SAT and TOEFL. For more information on MIT application requirements please refer to this link:

Can we give IELTS after 10th or does it require 12th? Can I give IELTS after diploma?

Hi, There is no eligibility here. However typically IELTS test takers are of 16 years minimum. Also, yes you can IELTS after your Diploma as well. The scores are valid for two years, once expired you have to give again. Choose to take the test depending when you are going to apply abroad.

Hi Kuldeep, chances are fair and will depend on your application package, career intentions you mentioned on your application etc. It's a decision taken by the visa officers so a correct prediction can't be given. All the best.

It is possible to get but not guaranteed because of your low marks. Don't be discouraged, just apply online at different universities.
