Your academic scores are certainly good but your aggregate score of graduation may not help you qualify to be eligible to sit for many interviews but yes there are certain organisations that overlook the academic scores until and unless you possess practical knowledge enough to clear the interviews.

You can do bachelor course after 10th, there are few universities which as BPP plus BA, BPP plus B.Com and BPP plus BBA option so if you want to do any bachelor program which I mentioned can be done through distance learning University. Only few universities have this BPP course.

Your friend could complete 12th from NIOS or State Open Board, other options are Sanskrit board, Madarsa Board & Vocational board. Alternately She could opt for Polytechnic or ITI Diploma which can be done after 1oth and holds equivalent value as of Higher Secondary. And after this she can join Fash

Yes, you are eligible for admission. There are some institutions that do not consider NIOS certificate but most of the colleges or universities accept it.

63 is too low and I think you should give one more attempt and try to get around 85 percentile as college you would get now are not worth spending money on.
