In case of 60% in 12 th and overall fee of less than 5 lakhs, visit some of the private institutes like Galgotias University and Noida Institute of engineering and technology (NIET). Although some of the B.Tech specializations in these colleges may cost more than 5 lakhs, they do come up with options (in most cases, especially in some branches that are within your means. Some other B.Tech courses are also available in this fee range in Techno India University (Kolkata) and Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Chennai). Make sure that you see the particular fee schedule you are wanted in engineering.

Ofcourse you can complete your 12 now, age doesnot matter for study . you already did 11th Commerce in 2002, you can now apply for NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) or any State Open School and complete your +2 in Commerce or any stream you prefer. It's flexible and made for such cases.

The chapter, Chapter 9, Amines, contains a 6 marks (it has a regular weightage) in the theory paper consisting of 70 marks in CBSE Class 12 Chemistry. This qualifies it to be a significant chapter under the Organic Chemistry section which as a whole obtains the most weightage. Amines discusses topics of nomenclature, classification, structure, preparation, physical and chemical properties, uses and also identification of primary, secondary and tertiary amines and the Diazonium salts.

No, it is not possible to get into IIT Madras without the entrance exam.

The entrance exam is mandatory to get into IIT for  different courses scores can be less or high but they will not consider 12th marks for admission

Thank you
