The process for CBSE rechecking & verification 2025 has ended. Students were required to apply and pay fees to get their answer sheets rechecked or verified before the last date. From 2024-25, the Board changed the process for the rechecking/verification of their answer scripts. No, CBSE does not deduct marks for exceeding the word limit in the board exams. However, marks may be deducted for spelling mistakes and other errors in language papers.

Not wrong answers, but CBSE does give marks for the calculations done within the solution. It rewards the understanding and logic of the student, thus even for an incorrect answer, student does get partial marks if they attempt a question.

Admission in YCCE does not depend on your class 12th board exams. You need to qualify MAHCET or JEE or else you will not get admission.

To get admission in bachelor's programme refer to the official website or click here.

Maharashtra HSC is easier as compared to CBSE 12th exam. Evaluation is liberal for Maharashtra HSC two as compared to CBSE 12th. Most of the students clear the Maharashtra HSC exam. As far as competitive exams line NEET, JEE are concerned, CBSE 12th is better. Students who learned CBSE 12th will be able to crack competitive exams easily.
