agar aapko ph.d krna h to uske lye aapko pehle graduation krni hogi (like bsc, bcom, bba,bca etc.) graduation 3 year ki hoti h uske baad aapko postgraduation krna hoga (like msc, mcom, mba, mca etc.) post graduation 2 year ki hoti h then uske baad aap ph.d kr skte ho.
y education field h koi short cut nhi hota ki direct 12th k baad ph.d ho jaye proper step-by-step chalna hota h ok tabhi aap acha career bana sakte ho.
aap 5 year k baad ph.d kre skte ho bcoz aapki graduation or postgraduation complete hone m itna time lagega.
ph.d ek research course hota h.ph.d aapki same subject m hoti h jisme aapne apni postgraduation kri hoti h.

For admission into a law school in India, you need to take an entrance exam called the Common Law Admission Test. You can plan accordingly.
For details, visit http://www.clat.ac.in
You must have strong analytic skills, good interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of the basic principles in order to successfully settle as a Lawyer.
