Hi,
Yes you may surely pursue Bachelor degree in hotel management, please remember every institute has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue Bachelor degree in hotel management you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.

To be eligible for IAS exam :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian citizen.
