IIIT Lucknow has allowed admission to M.Tech courses via GATE CCMT 2025. The Counselling for the admission to the M.Tech courses via GATE CCMT has been started. It should be paid before sitting for te exam. Candidates have to pay the required registration fee through online mode (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (e-challan at any branch of SBI).

The National Spot Round is conducted to fill out the vacant seats after the completion of the regular rounds and special rounds. For the national spot round counselling, separate registration, choice filling and document uploading is held for participating in the counselling process.

GATE CCMT Counselling 2025 has been started and it is expected to be conducted till six rounds of seat allotment resutls by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management Gwalior. Further GATE CCMT Spot Round can also be conducted for Private Unaided Engineering Colleges.

IIEST Shibpur cutoff 2024 has been released across various specialisations in opening and closing ranks via GATE CCMT exam. IIEST Shibpur M.Tech cutoff 2024 ranged between,  350 and 592 for the General AI category candidates, wherein  in Computer Science and Technology is the most competitive course. The following documents are required for attending GATE counselling or for registration-

  • Provisional seat allotment letter.
  • Self-Attested Copy of GATE Score Card (2025 or 2023 or 2024)
  • Photo ID proof.
  • The original birth certificate was issued by the competent authority, and the Class X (High School) Board Certificate was used as proof of date of birth.
  • Class 12 marks sheet.
  • Marks sheet of qualifying examination (all semesters).
  • Degree/Provisional Certificate
  • Category certificate (if applicable).
  • Three Passport size coloured photograph
  • Seat acceptance fee proof.

There are two types of GATE counselling that offer admission to M.Tech courses and programmes -

  • COAP - it is a portal through which that offers M.Tech admission at IITs and IISc Bangalore
  • CCMT - is a portal through which candidates have to register for M.Tech admission at NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.

CCMT counselling offer admissions to NITs, IIITs, and GFITs. Candidates who have qualified the GATE exam will be eligible to appear for the counselling. The GATE counselling process includes stages- registration, payment of registration fee, choice filling and locking, and confirming admission.

Candidates must pay CEETA PG counselling fee to confirm their seat for admission. Candidates must note that CEETA counselling fee is non-refundable and have to paid before due date. CEAP is responsible for conducting CEETA counselling.
