Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut accepts NEET PG entrance exam scores for admission to PG courses, including MS programmes. During the round 2 cutoff, the NEET PG closing ranks were released for Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Surgery, and Orthopaedics, of which the most competitive MS specialisation was Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with the NEET PG Round 2 closing rank of 4249 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. The cutoff ranks vary for different rounds and categories. CCSU NEET PG cutoff 2024 for the second round is tabulated below for all the MS courses:

The total seat intake for CCSU MBA is 180.  Moreover, the seat intake at the other affiliated MBA colleges can vary. The university shortlists candidates for MBA based on CUET-PG scores as UPCET has been scrapped out. Candidates are now shortlisted based on CUET-PG and will further be invited for counselling. Candidates who successfully go through the counselling will further be allotted a seat. The Central University Entrance Test (Postgraduate) or CUET PG, is an all-India level entrance exam which is being introduced for admission into PG programmes. As per the NIRF report 2024 a total 263 students secured placements out of 323 during CCS University placements 2023. Earlier, out of 408 BTech graduates, 320 were placed during CCSU placements in 2022. This means the placement rate stood at 78%. The Chaudhary Charan Singh University BTech placement rate has been fluctuating from 2021 to 2023. The following table represents the placement trends for better clarity:

The separate placement data for CCSU BA LLB is not released yet. As per the overall statistics, the overall highest package recorded for the 2022 passing out batch was INR 37 LPA and in total 57 students were placed. As per the NIRF report 2025, the median package offered to UG (5-year) students was INR 7.8 LPA. A total 34 UG 5 year students were placed out of the total 50 UG 5 year graduated students during CCSU Meerut placements 2024.
