Central College

There are many central universities in which you can apply. Some of them are DU, Northern Eastern Hill University, Assam University, University of Allahabad, Rajiv Gandhi University and many more.

You have to give an Entrance Exam to get admission in this college.

The candidates having OBC certificate, proving their caste can take up the entrance examination, as OBC candidates. Though, the candidates could apply for the general seats if they feel they do not need reservation and can get into the merit list for the general stream candidates.

For checking the hostel facilities, you should directly check from the campus.

It is an autonomous Government College.

You can get into all Central IHMs except IHM Pusa, IHM Mumbai, IHM Bengaluru.

If you want to change your college under the same university then it's possible and you can directly go to the 2nd year. However, if you're changing your university then you will have to go through all the procedures just as a fresh student and study from the 1st year again.

No central government instution offers Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course. But Aerospace is Offered by few institutions which are under central government. They are:-
IIT BOMBAY, IIT CHENNAI, IIT KANPUR, IIT KHARAGPUR, IIST.
