The cutoff for BA at Central University of Kerala, Trivandrum Campus is still awaiting for the year 2025-26, as the results for CUET enttrance test is yet to be released but which the cut off for different courses will be released by the colleges. The cut off list will be released on the official website of the university, cukerala.ac.in.

The Central University of Kerala, Trivandrum Campus is considered as Tier 2 University. The classification is done considering several factors such as assessments conducted by various academic institutions and government bodies. They, then take into account various factors like contribution to higher education, academic performance, research contribution, infrastructure etc.
Importantly, the main course offered by CUK's Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) campus is the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations. A greater variety of programs and facilities are available at the main campus, which is situated in Kasaragod.

The total course fees for BA at Central University of Kerala - Trivandrum Campus is INR 5,300. It is a 3 years programme and the college accepts CUET scores for offering admission to the program. There are total 40 seats available for the program. There is no dedicated placement cell in the campus, however the college do help the students in getting internships with some good companies.

Students who want to study BSc BEd at the Central University of Kerala can enroll in the integrated program at the Kasaragod campus. The initiative offers a four-year combination of Bachelor of Science followed by Bachelor of Education which forms a dual degree program. The designed program equips students with science and education fundamentals to become qualified educational instructors. Fifty students can enroll in the program at the Kasaragod campus which levies a tuition charge of INR 10,000 per term. The program exists under NCTE recognition through its association with Central University of Kerala.

The cut-off for PG courses at the Central University of Kerala (CUK) for general category students varies depending on the course. The university publishes the cutoff scores for each course on its official website after the NTA declares the CUET PG results.
Here are some of the cutoffs for Round 1 of the 2024 CUET PG at CUK:
M.A.: 1–136
MSc: 5–37
MSW: 10
MBA: 3–5
MCom: 10
MPH: 33
M.Ed: 35
The most competitive course for general category students was M.A. in Kannada, while M.A. in Economics was the least competitive.

It could be said that the Central University of Kerala – Thiruvalla Campus is in a Tier 2 tier. The first tier of institutions in Indian teaching context is recognised as IITs, NITs, and some of the best ranked Central Universities with very high national ranking, research infrastructure, global acknowledgement etc.
Although, Central University of Kerala provides decent education, better faculty members If we don't see it in top 100 repeating list of the national frameworks like NIRF. These include such areas as Social Sciences, Languages etc., offering strong academic base but with fewer publications and affiliations of Tier 1 univer

The CUET examination cut-off standard required to qualify for B.Com at Central University of Kerala - Trivandrum Campus generally accepts 300- 350 marks out of 600 for the general stream. For the OBC and EWS category, the cut off ranges in between 260-300 For the SC/ST category, candidate secures between 200-250.
Despite that, it is mostly true that there might be slight changes in the cutoff each year due to the number of students that apply and the number of seats available, and the students' performance in CUET. Students with higher score they are having more chances during the counseling and the seat allotment process.

The Central University of Kerala - Trivandrum Campus offers the B.Ed programme to students who should apply through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG). Applicants must have passed their Bachelor's degree in any field with not less than 50% aggregate from a university or college. For the candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PwD category, percentage criterion is reduced by 5%, so for the minimum eligibility, a candidate needs to have 45% aggregate.
