CPEB have prepared and released the CG PET 2023 merit list as per the candidates performance in the entrance examination. The merit list based on the CG PET 2023 result is prepared to rank the candidates and make the counselling and admission process easier. Through the merit list, the candidates will be called in for the CG PET 2023 counselling and allotted seats as per their preferences, rank, category and seat availability. No, Candidates were not able to request for the CG PET 2023 exam date to be changed. The authorities conducted CG PET 2023 as per the schedule. Since the examination was held in one day, there were no slots which the candidates were able to choose for themselves. All registered candidates had to attempt the examination in one day. If the candidates were not able to attempt the examination on that date, then the authorities did not provide another chance for them to attempt CG PET 2023.

CG PET 2023 seat allotment for the first and second round has been announced on August 17 and 29, respectively. Candidates can access the seat allotment result by logging in using the required credentials. Allotment of seats has been done based on the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability. As of now, the authorities did not postpone CG PET 2023. The entrance examination was conducted as scheduled on June 25 as a pen-and-paper-based test. Candidates had to prepare as per the official CG PET 2023 syllabus. According to the official exam pattern, CG PET 2023 question paper consisted of MCQs and the candidates had to complete the examination from 9 AM to 12:15 PM. No extra time in the examination was provided to the candidates.

The official date for the commencement of classes for the qualified CG PET 2023 candidates is yet to be announced. However, the authorities are expected to commence the classes for the qualified candidates from September. CG PET 2023 counselling process commenced from August 11. Therefore, there are higher chances that the authorities will start the academic session in September since the counselling process will end in September.
