1. JNTUH is a government institute, and CBIT is a private college. CBIT offers co-curricular activities for overall development, whereas JNTUH is more academically oriented.
2. Fees: The fees for B.E. In Information Technology are around Rs. 5.60 at CBIT, whereas B.Tech. ECE fees are comparatively less at JNTUH as it's a government institute.
3. Placement: The placement is good at both colleges, but since IT is a growing branch, the placement opportunity

Father's annual income should be less than 1L for OC category
It is 1.5L for the BC category. It is 2L for the sc/st category. Also note that if you fail to maintain the 75% attendance or have many backlogs then you won't get fee reimbursement.
