How can you expect a free seat, if you get a rank of 13179? You know that free seat will be given to those who obtained a rank below 10000, moreover it is difficult to get a seat in Information Technology in CBIT.

If you belong to general category it difficult to get a seat in CSE-CBIT, maybe you can opt for other branch and once you enter into the college you can go for the sliding option if you are lucky you can get the branch you need.
