Yes, Charotar University of Science and Technology does accept NRI and NRI sponsered students for its courses. Students are required to fulfil the admission criteria as specified in the university's guidelines. The university reserves a certain number of total seat intake of each course for NRI students. Students can pay the course fee in both INR and US Dollars. NRI Sponsorship can be from a blood relation/ friend/ colleague/ acquaintance. Students must present the university with the following documets:
- Copy of NRI's Passport
- Sponsorship letter with notary certification

Charotar University of Science and Technology admissions are either merit or entrance-based. However, the university reserves a certain number of total seats for Management Quota and NRI/ NRI Sponsered Quota. The reserved percentage varies according to the course selected by the student.
