Yes, Scholarships at Charotar University of Science & Technology are available.

You will get TFWS scholarship if you have good marks in 12th and the highest rank in the class. If you get this, you will have to pay INR 10,000 something, that's all and your all fee will be wavied off. 

And if you have scored more than 80% marks in 12th and in college, then you can get MYSY scholarship where 50% tuition fee is waived off.

If a student fails in one internal exam, then nothing will happen. Try to get good marks in second internal exam and if you fail to do so in the both internal exams, then you have to cover up that marks in the university exam paper by scoring good marks, like 50-60/70.
