MSc Chemistry is a 2-year PG course for students who are interested in seeking advanced knowledge in the field of Chemistry. As an MSc in Chemistry student, you can expect subjects like Atomic Structure, Inorganic and Organic Chemistry, etc., from your course curriculum.

I believe, it depends on your field of interest. While Chemistry seems easy to understand but difficult to learn, Physics is difficult to understand, but once understood it is easy to remember. So, I believe, you should have a better approach while studying these subjects.

If you are a biology student then you are eligible to give IIT JAM chemistry, but in B.Sc if you have studied chemistry subject in 6th semester, then only you are eligible for IIT JAM chemistry.
